X-ray Africa (Pty) Ltd is an empowered South African company that seeks to enhance healthcare and access amongst the population of Africa through application of appropriate Diagnostic Imaging Equipment backed by reliable, effective and efficient service. X-ray Africa (Pty) Ltd was launched in November 1999 by former members of Med X-ray in an effort to minimize the effects of the collapse of the Macmed Group to the customers that Med X-ray had, over the years, supplied and serviced and had built a good relationship with. The aim of the company is to establish itself as a major independent supplier of Diagnostic Imaging Equipment in the South African market, backed by a strong and efficient service division to ensure that the equipment supplied is maintained and serviced to the continued satisfaction of all stakeholders. X-ray Africa currently has a staff compliment with a combined experience of over one hundred years in the Southern African Medical Diagnostic Imaging industry. With this experience, comes the knowledge of many different and varied types of equipment from different manufacturers and suppliers. It is not surprising therefore that we are active in Swaziland, Malawi, Zambia, Seychelles as well as South Africa.Directors
Guy Moustache (Managing Director)With the experience of 27 years in the medical diagnostic imaging sector, Mr Moustache has held various positions including technician, field engineer and service manager in both national and international companies in the sector. He has completed international training in Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography and general x-ray equipment both conventional and digital imaging systems. Guy excels in electronic engineering field in the sector.
Kamil Toman (Technical Director)With the experience of 25 years in medical diagnostic imaging sector, Mr Toman has held various positions including technician, field engineer and service manager with both national and international companies in the sector. He has completed international training in Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, Mammography and General X-ray equipment both Conventional and Digital imaging systems. Kamil has exceptional mechanical engineering skills in the field.
